Meeting Solutions, Inc. has planned over 1900 individual events ranging in size from 5 to 3000 attendees. Although each of these meetings was unique, our dedication to 100% customer service was a common denominator of every event. Here is a sampling of some of our recently planned events:

Microsoft DoD Events: Over the past 6 years, Meeting Solutions has planned numerous events with Microsoft’s Department of Defense teams, including Army Symposiums, Air Force Symposiums, Navy-Marine Corps Symposiums, DoD Symposiums, and US Army General Officers and Executive Leadership Summits. With the intent of strengthening Microsoft’s partnership with each DoD community, these symposiums helped illustrate their vision and strategy for providing solutions that meet respective initiatives. These events have ranged in size from 40 to over 400 attendees.

Hispanic Support Organization Conference: Since 2002, Meeting Solutions has worked with the HSO to plan their annual conference in locations such as Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY; Addison, TX; Los Angeles, CA; and Tampa, FL. The HSO is committed to counseling and educating leaders to raise awareness and increase responsiveness to the issues affecting the Hispanic Community within and outside of Verizon. This conference welcomes over 600 attendees to provide educational seminars, encourages the success of their members, community and Verizon, and celebrate their Hispanic heritage.

North American Catalysis Society Conference: A Scientific and Commercial Forum for Investigating and Exploring Vital Research Agendas and Innovations in Catalysis Technology, Process Technology, Computational Chemistry, Reactor Engineering and Analytical Chemistry. The 19th NAM welcomed over 950 attendees who benefited from plenary sessions, breakout sessions, and poster presentations.

Fire Service Technology Symposium: Sponsored and produced jointly by IAFC and Microsoft, this symposium was held to learn first-hand how technology is being deployed to improve service delivery and to enable communities to be better prepared. Over 300 Fire and EMS Service Officers (Fire Chiefs, Battalion Chiefs, Deputies, IT Directors, Emergency Management Directors, etc.) were in attendance representing 39 states, DC, Canada, and Australia.  Our attendees left with a stronger understanding of how technology available today can help support the fire service in meeting the significant challenges they face every day.
