Meeting Solutions Inc. was formed in the fall of 1997 to provide truly independent meeting planning, logistical, marketing and consulting solutions to high tech, engineering, medical, health care and financial services organizations. Our business model is built on fee based services that have been, are now, and will always be independent and keep our clients interests at the forefront. We do not exclusively represent any hotel chains, caterers, or other meeting industry vendors. Our clients have chosen to work with us based upon our track record and commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. There are no hidden agendas or interests in our company. Our customers deserve honesty, respect, and openness for entrusting us with their business. We will not let them down!

Our mission is to provide corporations, associations, scientific and medical symposia, and event managers with high quality meeting planning, consulting, and marketing services. Our experience, enthusiasm, and attention to detail will support and promote our customer’s goals and objectives. We will succeed by offering our services in an efficient and friendly manner at a fair price. We will provide our employees a comfortable work environment with opportunity for professional and personal growth.
